• Canada, UK, Europe: 7–20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days
• Other Countries: 10–30 business days

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on most of our products. However, some products may include a calculated shipping fee at checkout depending on your location and item weight.
In the event of a refund request, if your item was labeled under “Free Shipping,” the original shipping cost (borne by us) will be deducted from your refund, along with any return shipping charges.
4. Tracking Information
