Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your item was marked as delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition as received.
• In its original packaging.
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order number and receipt).
⚠️ Note: We do not accept returns simply due to change of mind, preference, or minor shipping delays.
Items Not Eligible for Return

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• A clear image of the product
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
We’ll review and resolve the matter, which may include a refund, exchange, or reshipment.
Please note:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
• Contact us first at support@GadgetOut.com to request return authorization and receive the correct return address.
• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
• If your order was delivered under a “Free Shipping” offer, the original shipping cost (covered by us) will also be deducted from your refund.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• For valuable or fragile items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned packages.
If you haven’t received a refund:
1. Recheck your bank or card account.
2. Contact your card provider—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are received damaged or defective. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@GadgetOut.com with full details.
We believe in surprising our customers from time to time! Occasionally, we may include small complimentary items in select orders as a token of appreciation for your support.
These gift items are randomly selected and may vary depending on availability. While we hope you enjoy them, please note:
